INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLERGY
All clergy are required to attend one of the scheduled Chat and Chew with Bishop Lewis events. In order to accommodate everyone desiring to participate in fellowship and food, RSVP with your district office if you plan on joining us for the meal.
– Clergy are requested to arrive at 4 p.m. and are welcome to stay through the fellowship meal, which will end around 7 p.m. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAITY In order to accommodate everyone desiring to participate in fellowship and food, RSVP with your district office if you plan on joining us for the meal please arrive at 5:30 PM. The laity time with the Bishop will begin at 7:00 PM we will close out with prayer around 8:30 PM.
